You Shouldn't Have To Read Through A Book To Understand Our Warranty
We warrant all our products for 5 years against workmanship, raw material, and finish failures to the original purchaser.
Our warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, abnormal environmental conditions, improper storage and handling, the use of non-recommended cleaning solutions/solvents, installation defects, or poor and improper finishing by the original purchaser.
Our warranty is valid only in the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia. It is NOT valid in Alaska, Hawaii, or other countries.
Wood is a natural product. The species, color variations, and grain structure that provides the beauty we enjoy looking at also creates built-in stresses in the wood. As wood acclimates in different climates it absorbs humidity and will change its moisture content with the seasons.
In the event there is a slight warpage or twist in a door, IKEA hinges are designed to adjust for these minor variations.
Doors and fronts will be warranted for warpage when they exceed the following tolerances:
Doors up to 24” in height: maximum bow = 1/16”.
Doors from 24” to 48” in height: maximum bow = 1/8”.
Doors from 48” to 72” in height: maximum bow = 1/4”.
Doors over 72” are not warranted for warp.

Order a sample door(s) and color samples that move you. For a nominal price we will send you a sample door from the gallery and 6 color samples of your choosing. All Sample Door costs will be credited towards your initial door order.

Measure your doors and drawer fronts for size.
We suggest using CabDoor Direct’s Door Worksheet for recording the sizing information. The worksheet is organized to help you gather all the information needed to complete your online order when you are ready. How to Measure Instructions are included as part of the worksheet.
For new kitchens using IKEA’s Kitchen Planner, you will need the component list showing the box sizes and IKEA part #’s and your kitchen elevation illustrations for the kitchen. Using the Door Worksheet and Cabinet Door & Drawer Front Identifier, identify the corresponding doors and drawer fronts that go with each cabinet box for the configuration in your elevation illustrations.
