Since every product is crafted to your custom specifications, opportunities for order changes are limited, and custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds. All orders require approval before production begins. Once your order has been approved and released to manufacturing, it becomes final and can no longer be modified.

Order Changes-

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders can only be changed within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. Email sales@cabdoor.com

and include your order number.

Order Cancellation-

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after the order is placed. Beyond that time, we will have begun manufacturing your cabinet doors, and the order cannot be canceled.

Returns on Orders-

We do not offer returns on our custom made products since each and every one is made specifically for your kitchen. We will, however, fix or replace any product due to a manufacturing related imperfection.

Damaged Products

Your custom cabinet doors and panels are crafted with care, and we work hard to ensure they arrive safely. While shipping damage is uncommon, it can occasionally occur. For this reason, we ask that all orders be inspected within 24 hours of delivery.

If you discover any damage, please take photographs immediately. If the damage is visible upon arrival, request that the delivery driver note it on the shipping paperwork before accepting the shipment. To initiate a claim, send photos of the damaged items and a copy of the shipping documents to sales@cabdoor.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that damage claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery are not eligible for review.
