HOW THEY'RE MADE

It Takes a Little More to Make Something This Different.

Premium Hardwood

The dimensional surfaces begin with carefully selected hardwood.

Precision Moulding

Solid hardwood is machined on specialized moulding equipment to create the distinctive reeds, grooves and scallops.

Selected & Assembled

Individual hardwood pieces are selected for color and appearance, cut to length and assembled over a coordinating veneered substrate.

Vacuum Pressed

Panels are vacuum pressed using PUR adhesive to create a strong, rigid glue line and help maintain panel stability.

Pattern Centered

Each finished door is sized so the dimensional pattern is intentionally centered within the part.

Finished by Hand

Where required, outside trim is individually fitted and applied before the completed door is hand-sanded in preparation for finishing.
